Arabica

Arabica Coffee is grown from the Coffea Arabica plant, which originated in Ethiopia. Arabica coffee is the world's most popular type of coffee with over 60% of coffee sold. It's coffee type offers less acidity and is more mild than other types. Known for its flavours that span many different spectrums of tastes.

Lempira

Lempira, named after the Honduran hero, is a rising star in the coffee world. This high-yielding Arabica thrives in hot, acidic soils, making it ideal for our Honduran farms. Expect a bright, medium-bodied cup bursting with floral and citrus notes, followed by a smooth chocolate finish. Perfect for those seeking a unique, lighter roast that can be enjoyed throughout the day.

Caturra

Caturra was born amidst Brazilian sunshine, it packs a punch in its compact frame. This dwarf Arabica, a natural mutation of Bourbon, delivers abundant, high-quality cherries. Expect a vibrant cup, alive with notes of honey, caramel, and ripe stone fruit. Its full body and balanced acidity create a smooth, lasting finish that's pure Brazilian magic. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a pour-over masterpiece, Caturra's versatility shines. 

Catuaí

A proud descendent of Mundo Novo and Caturra, Catuaí embodies the spirit of Brazilian coffee innovation. This resilient, high-yielding hybrid thrives across diverse regions, showcasing its adaptability in every cup. Expect a smooth, balanced profile with hints of chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts. Catuaí's naturally lower acidity makes it perfect for those seeking a mellower experience. Whether you savor a creamy latte or a bold French press, Catuaí's versatility shines. 

Robusta

Robusta Coffee is grown from the Coffea canephora plant. Originating from Western Sub-Saharan Africa, Robusta coffee makes up 40% of all coffees sold. It is known for it robust and stronger flavor compared to Arabica coffees. Robusta coffee also has twice the amount of caffeine compared Arabica, while being smaller and rounder in shape.
